Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policies

Our small team makes all of our products lovingly by hand. We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of the day they are received.

You will receive the tracking information via email as soon as it leaves our hands. Shipping time will depend on which shipping service you have selected.

​

In the case of a preorder, purchases are fulfilled in order as received. Crafting could take up to 10 days if the particular scent is not in stock anymore.

​

If you live in the Salt Lake City area, you can also pickup your order in South Jordan by selecting this option during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, used candles and diffusers cannot be return or exchanged. Upon approval, unused candles and diffusers may be exchanged for another scent if they arrive unused, and undamaged at our location within 14 days of receiving the approval. You will be issued a credit on your account for the purchase price and taxes if the item in received in an unused and undamaged condition. Shipping costs will not be eligible for a refund for either purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items, or may exchange in person at our South Jordan location. You need to start this process within 7 days of receipt of the item by contacting us: sales@wicked-candles.com.

In the event the products are damaged during shipping from us to you, we send a replacement of the item within 7 days of delivery. Photographic proof must be provided via email to sales@wicked-candles.com within 7 days of delivery.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

NOTE

Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures. We cannot be held liable for products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time. We strongly advise you to arrange to have your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone is available to receive your package. If packages are left outside during hot temperatures, candles and related items can potentially melt (damaged) and will be ineligible for a return or exchange.

Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases and gift cards are considered final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
